Please provide all the relevant documents with Membership Form:

•  3 passport size pictures with proper "Photo Specification" mentioned on the Form (top right corner) Compulsory.

•  Copy of certificate(s) / degree(s) / diploma(s) (Compulsory)

•  If you are Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident or on Student Permit (Visa), you must submit photocopy (Compulsory)

•  Copy of photo identification (copy of passport, Driving License, etc.), Compulsory

•  Cheque / Demand Draft / Money Order (You are entitled to pay all necessary  bank / financial charges).

•  Any other supportive documents that you think may be helpful to us (like your Resume, Experienced Certificates, ).

•  Birth Certificate & Police Clearance may be required up on request

Student Member: $ 351.00 for One year of membership (Under the age of 25 years)*

Senior Member: $ 351.00 for One year of membership (Over the age of 55+  years)*

Ordinary Member: $ 475.00 for  1st years of membership*

Life Member: $ 10001.00 for lifetime membership (payment one time only)*

Patron Member: $ 2501.00 for lifetime membership (payment one time only)*

Sponsors: payment is not fixed, depends on events size*

 

Honorary: Complimentary membership to the certain person who is  well know person and / or to the well known designations like Mayor, Minister, Dean of the College, Scientist, etc.*
